REFUND POLICY - 

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, such as an adverse reaction directly linked to the treatment administered at our clinic. In such cases, a full assessment will be conducted by our practitioners to determine eligibility for a refund. Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund, as outcomes vary based on individual factors.

Booking Fees & Cancellations
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will result in the loss of the booking fee.

REFUND PROCESS-

If a refund is deemed applicable, it will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. We do not offer cash refunds.

Product Purchases
All skincare products and aftercare items are non-refundable once opened or used, due to hygiene and safety regulations. If a product is found to be faulty or damaged upon purchase, it must be returned unused and in its original packaging within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
