Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee: A booking fee is required to secure your appointment slot. The booking fee amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Appointment Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without incurring any additional charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may require a new booking fee for any future appointments. Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in rescheduling or cancellation, and the booking fee will be forfeited. Consultation and Treatment: All clients must undergo a consultation before receiving any treatment. This is to ensure that the chosen treatment is suitable for your individual needs and medical history. Our practitioners reserve the right to refuse treatment if they deem it unsafe or unsuitable for you. Treatment Results: While we strive to achieve the best possible results for our clients, individual responses to treatments may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and results may depend on various factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Payment: The remaining balance for your treatment is due on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods. Payment for any additional services or products purchased during your visit is also due on the day of your appointment. Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for completed treatments. In the event of dissatisfaction with the results of a treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to address your issues and may offer a complimentary follow-up consultation if necessary. Privacy and Confidentiality: We adhere to strict confidentiality standards in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
